Transportation Disadvantages in West Contra Costa County

The San Francisco Bay Area is well known as one of the most expensive, most congested regions in the country. As part of my certificate in transportation from UW, this report examines transit choices for low-income residents in West Contra Costa County. The report offers new recommendations for regional transit access by creating a new BART extension using lower-cost technology and infrastructure.
